SECTION 5 – DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS

The products offered through our Store are digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page.

After an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully authorized, processed, and confirmed, the customer will receive the digital product at the email address provided during checkout.

The delivery email may include, as applicable:

  • A PDF file containing access instructions;

  • A link to access the game;

  • A personal passcode or access code;

  • Activation or login instructions; and

  • Other information reasonably necessary to access and use the purchased digital product.

Digital delivery is generally completed shortly after payment confirmation. However, depending on the time of purchase, payment verification, order review, system availability, weekends, public holidays, time-zone differences, unusually high order volume, or other operational circumstances, delivery may take up to seventy-two (72) calendar hours after payment has been successfully confirmed.

The seventy-two (72) hour period is the maximum standard delivery period and does not constitute a delay, failure to deliver, or grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation while that period remains in effect, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

An order will be considered delivered when the email containing the access information, PDF, passcode, access link, or other digital materials has been sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Providing a complete, correct, and accessible email address;

  • Ensuring that the customer has access to the email account used during checkout;

  • Reviewing spam, junk, promotions, social, filtered, and blocked-email folders;

  • Ensuring that messages from us are not blocked by the customer’s email provider, security settings, or mailbox storage limits;

  • Safeguarding the passcode, access link, PDF, login information, and other credentials provided; and

  • Contacting us promptly if the digital delivery email has not been located after the applicable delivery period.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the customer, a full inbox, email filtering, blocked messages, loss of access to the customer’s email account, internet service interruptions, third-party email providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If the customer provides an incorrect email address or does not receive the delivery email, the customer must contact us at kavin.temp0505@gmail.com and provide the order number, full name, and email address used for the purchase. After verifying the order, we may correct the delivery information and resend the access materials.

Failure to locate or open the delivery email does not mean that the product was not delivered when our records show that the email, access link, PDF, or passcode was successfully generated or sent. However, we will provide reasonable assistance to restore or resend access where the purchase can be verified.

The passcode, access link, PDF, and all access credentials are intended solely for the purchasing customer and may not be transferred, published, resold, reproduced, distributed, disclosed, or shared with any third party unless expressly authorized by us in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or revoke access if we reasonably determine that a passcode, access link, account, PDF, or other digital material has been shared, distributed, resold, copied, publicly disclosed, or used in violation of these Terms.

Delays caused by payment reviews, fraud-prevention procedures, chargeback investigations, inaccurate customer information, suspected unauthorized activity, or requests for identity or purchase verification may extend the delivery period to the extent reasonably necessary to complete the review.

Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the applicable law.
